Easy Refinance for SMSF
Our SMSF Easy Refinance solution simplifies the refinancing process with reduced documentation requirements and streamlined credit criteria, aimed at delivering a quick and efficient credit decision. To qualify for our SMSF Easy Refinance product, the loan must have been settled at least 24 months ago, with an LVR of less than 80%.
Process Overview
Instead of providing two years of full financial statements for SMSFs, you only need to provide two years of clear SMSF loan statements as income documentation. The interest rate remains the same as the standard SMSF product, with no additional loading.
